At Vinnies Online Op Shop, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. We offer a 14-day return window for items that are significantly different from their description or arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization number and the correct shipping address for our processing center.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack the item in its original condition and send it back to us using a tracked shipping service to ensure it arrives safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
