We offer flat-rate shipping across the country. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery usually takes between 5-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
Due to the unique nature of second-hand goods, we generally do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if an item is faulty or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.

100% of the profits from Vinnies Online Op Shop go directly toward supporting St Vincent de Paul Society's programs, helping people experiencing poverty and social injustice.
Can I donate my own items through the online store?
While we cannot accept donations via mail, we encourage you to drop off your quality pre-loved goods at any local Vinnies physical shop location during business hours.

Currently, Vinnies Online Op Shop only ships to addresses within the country to keep our logistical costs low and maximize the impact of our charitable work.
